TERMS AND CONDITIONS - EduTech Solutions Exhibitions and Conference 2025

1. This is an exclusive "Invite-Only" event that will bring together solution providers and top-level management from the education industry. We recommend attendance by decision-makers who are involved in the day-to-day management of their organization.
2. The organizer will produce name tags and souvenirs. If you need to change your representative, please notify us by August 30, 2026.
3. The conference will start on September 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM. All participants are advised to be on time.
4. Participation in the entire series of events (2 days from September 3 to 4, 2026) is duly required.
5. We highly recommend staying for the entire event. If you need to leave early due to urgent reasons, please inform the organizer.
6. Please dress modestly and appropriately for the event. Singlets, shorts, and sandals are not permitted.
7. Please note that sponsors may contact you via email or phone depending on their sponsor level. By agreeing to this term, you grant them permission to do so.
